Nikiel "Kai" Santos - Executive Legal Assistant and Customer Service

Nikiel “Kai” Santos is an Executive Legal Assistant providing comprehensive support to Gramenos Law Group across case management, client communications, and daily operations.

In her role, Kai helps ensure that each client receives timely, organized, and compassionate service throughout the life of their Social Security Disability claim.

As the Executive Assistant to the firm’s attorney, Kai plays a critical role in maintaining workflow efficiency and operational structure. She assists with managing case files, coordinating deadlines, tracking medical records and documentation, and supporting hearing and application preparation. In addition, she helps oversee administrative systems, calendar management, and task prioritization to keep the firm running smoothly.

Kai also serves as a Legal Customer Service Representative within the SSDI practice, acting as a key point of contact for clients. She communicates with clients regarding case updates, next steps, and required documentation, helping to guide them through what can often be a complex and overwhelming process with clarity and professionalism.

Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to client care make her an integral part of the Gramenos Law Group team.
