Ms. Diane Ruch is a graduate from Western Illinois University with a B.A. in Business. She spent many years working for a Fortune 500 insurance company handling health and disability claims. She then moved on to higher education and gained experience in Human Resources and business process improvement.

 

Diane joined Gramenos Law in September 2022 and assumes the role of Client Concierge Specialist where she is proud to assist our clients with the managing of their pending disability claims, discussing medical updates, and reporting ongoing care to the agents at  Social Security. Diane's bubbly and cheerful personality and high level of professionalism is a breath of fresh air for all who have the pleasure  of working with her. 

 

Outside of the office, Diane and her husband, Jeff, love to work on home projects, travel, and host lots of guests at their home. Adding to her entertaining skills, she recently found a love for cooking and enjoys trying out new recipes on friends.
