Hello!

Diana Gramenos Dowd - Lead Attorney/Owner

Diana Gramenos Dowd is the founder and lead attorney of Gramenos Law Group, where she focuses exclusively on Social Security Disability (SSDI/SSI) representation. She brings over 18 years of dedicated experience advocating for individuals seeking disability benefits, guiding clients through every stage of the process with clarity, strategy, and compassion.

Ms. Gramenos earned her Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Eastern Michigan University in 2003 and her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2007.

Her commitment to this area of law is deeply personal. She followed in the footsteps of her late father, Judge Gramenos, a respected Administrative Law Judge with the Social Security Administration who served on the bench for over 30 years. His legacy of public service and fairness continues to influence her approach to advocacy. He passed away peacefully in January 2021 at the age of 88.

Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Gramenos prioritizes her physical health through yoga, strength training, and marathon training. She is an avid runner and enjoys the discipline and focus that long-distance running brings to both her personal and professional life. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their two daughters, Catherine and Olivia.
